Donations

All gifts to the Wild Horse Preserve at Grayce Wynds are tax-deductible.
Monies are used to operate the Preserve and to add additional programs.  We also have a Pony Park Project fund to purchase land near Corolla, NC to establish an open-space sanctuary for the Corolla horses. All donations are recognized as we are very grateful for your support.  Large donors (over $1000.00) are recognized in the The Wild Horse Village (signage).

Our Main Expenses:
$10 buys a square bale of hay
$20 buys a bottle of fly spray
$25 buys a variety of supplements
$35 buys a bag of feed
$50 buys a halter and lead line
$80 buys a round bale of hay
$125 buys 20 lbs of Simplifly
A typical month is $2700 (feed, hay, supplements). Farrier is $245 per visit, 3 visits every 8 weeks.
Vet is $1500, 2x per year not counting sick visits.
